Ms. Bailey has over 15 years of commercial experience in private banking and portfolio management, along with underwriting LIHTC loans, construction loans, and commercial mortgages,. She is Credit Risk Certified through RMA, and a Honors graduate from Pacific Coast Banking School. Ms. Bailey is a volunteer for several local charities, including Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House, and is on the board for Spokane Housing Authority and Spokane Rapids youth recreational soccer program.
