All voucher assisted households must allow their unit to be inspected when first moving into their unit. In addition, tenant-based voucher participants must have an inspection every other year and project-based voucher participants must have an inspection every year. The SHA Inspection team will send you a letter to schedule your required inspection about two weeks prior to the inspection.
