Steps to Request & Receive Records from Spokane Housing Authority:
- A request for public records may be made by US mail, fax, email or by submitting the form below. No particular format is required, but information requested in the form below should be included in any request.
- Within five (5) business days, the Public Records Officer will acknowledge receipt of the request and provide an estimate of the time necessary for further response; or deny the request and provide an explanation f the basis for the denial; or ask for a clarification of the request.
- At the requester choice, public records may be viewed at the physical address below at no cost during normal business hours (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 am-4pm and Wednesdays between 1-4pm). Alternatively, photocopies or electronic copies of the records will be provided. If copies are requested, or necessary because electronic copies to do not exist, the following fees will apply: $.15 per page up to 11/17″ will be charge for copies of documents, including electronic copies of paper documents. Charges for copies of larger documents will be based on the actual cost of reproduction.
