As of November 2nd, 2022 at 8:00 am, the Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) will open the waiting lists for the following project based voucher (PBV) units located at the following projects:

  • Casas Salvadas 1314 W Maxwell Ave., Spokane, WA; 1 1-bedroom; 1 3-bedroom; Not accessible
  • Casas Salvadas 1420 N. Post, Spokane, WA; 1 1-bedroom; Accessible
  • Pearl on Adams 173 S. Adams St., Spokane, WA; 19 1-bedroom; Accessible
