On January 25th, 2023 at 8:00 am, the Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) will open the waiting lists for the following project based voucher (PBV) units located at the following projects:

  • Bel Franklin 225 N Division, Spokane, WA; 7-Studios; 1 1-bedroom
  • Casas Salvadas 1024 W Boone., Spokane, WA; 1 2-bedroom; Not accessible
  • Cedar West 4018 W Rowan, Spokane, WA; 24 1-bedroom; 17 2-bedroom; Accessible
  • Clare View 3202 S Palouse HWY; Spokane, WA 99223 (55+/HOH Disabled Preference); 7 1-bedroom; Accessible
  • Homeyard Cottages (Households w/Dependents/Homeless Preference); 4 Studio; 3 1-bedroom; 9 2-bedroom; 3 3-bedroom
  • Sharon Lord 1203 N Madison; Spokane, WA; 4 2-bedrooms; Not Accessible
  • Summit View 820 N. Summit Blvd., Spokane, WA; 5 1-bedroom; 16 2-bedroom; 5 3-bedroom; Not Accessible
