As of August 30, 2021 at 8:00 am, the Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) will open the waiting list for project based voucher (PBV) units located at Clare View Seniors Apartments to all new applicants. Please keep in mind that certain eligibility requirements apply.

The Clare View Seniors Apartments are located at 4827 S Palouse Hwy, Spokane, WA 99223. This apartment community was built in 2013 and has 3 stories with 184 units, including 33 units of project based vouchered housing. The property contains both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom residences and includes a variety of features and amenities such as convenient on-site parking options, smoke free options, and high speed internet access.

To be considered for tenancy a household must consist of at least one member who is over the age of 55 or who has a verified disability.
