Waiting List Update

As of August 30, 2021 at 8:00 am, the Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) will open the waiting list for project based voucher (PBV) units located at Clare View Seniors Apartments to all new applicants. Please keep in mind that certain eligibility requirements apply.
