Jenny McClenathen joined the Spokane Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in June 2020. Her passion for affordable housing began in 2016 at Habitat for Humanity-Spokane, where she works as the Program Compliance Manager and is in charge of the education and financial literacy of future homeowners, as well as assisting in loan readiness counseling, grant compliance, and case management. Mrs. McClenathen also serves on the Board of Directors for Spokane Urban Ministries overseeing the operations of a 47-unit affordable apartment complex. She hopes to bring awareness to her community about the need for a wider selection of diverse and affordable housing options in Spokane County.
