Financial Advisor at DA Davidson. Besse joined the Spokane Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in 2014. She is the past Chair of the commission and brings 20 years of commercial banking experience to the board. As a longtime resident, she also serves on the Women Helping Women Board and Spokane Rapids Board.
