Request for Proposals – Flooring Materials and Installation Services

The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified flooring contractors to provide flooring materials and installation services at SHA-owned and managed properties located throughout Spokane County.

SHA owns and operates approximately 1000 residential units consisting of a variety of unit types, common areas, offices, and support spaces. Flooring replacement needs occur on an ongoing basis due to unit turnover, capital improvement projects, occupied unit repairs, and common area renovations. SHA replaces 30,000 – 40,000 square feet of flooring annually.

SHA intends to award one or more contracts to qualified firms capable of providing timely, high-quality flooring services in accordance with the specifications contained in the RFP.
