Bid proposals for Cornerstone Apartments Waterline & HVAC Upgrades, Spokane, WA, will be received by the Spokane Housing Authority until 5:00 PM, September 3, 2026, via the file transfer link specified in the bid documents. Late bids will not be accepted.

Work includes domestic waterline replacement, HVAC upgrades, soffits, painting, and associated electrical work.

A mandatory prebid conference is scheduled for August 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Bid documents available after August 10, 2026 at www.zba-architectureplanroom.com, or through Abadan Plan Center, Spokane Regional Plan Center, and Seattle DJC Plan Center.

Bid security of 5% required. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
