These are units throughout the community with subsidy (rental assistance) attached to the unit.

Properties and Waiting Lists

SHA currently maintains seven separate waiting lists for PBV units. these lists are maintained by application date and time. To see which PBV waiting lists are open, visit the Waiting List page.

1. Spokane Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Projects. PSH projects offer intensive support and case management services designed to stabilize homeless individuals and families. To be eligible to apply for the PSH waiting list, applicant individuals or families must meet the required chronically homeless or homeless status for the project and, if applicable, meet the Targeted Funding criteria of the PBV unit available. If SHA has exhausted all chronically homeless households on the PSH Project Waitlist, households that have indicated homeless on their pre-application will be sent to the respective project requesting to fill a vacancy:

 5. Projects for Applicants 55 or older (applicant must be age 55 or older)

 6. Elderly/Disabled Projects (applicants must be age 62 or older OR handicapped or disabled)

 7. All Other PBV Projects

This includes all other PBV projects that may include a homeless (but not Chronically Homeless) set-aside for either all or a portion of their PBV units.
