Revised Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan

Spokane Housing Authority has completed draft revisions to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (Admin Plan).

A copy of the plan is available starting on October 9, 2026 at spokanehousing.org or during regular business hours at: 25 W. Nora Ave., Spokane.

DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW

• There are two versions, one of which we’re submitting for pre-approval to be effective with HUD’s adoption of HOTMA 102 and 104.
  • HCV Admin Plan effective 12/1/2026 – no HOTMA 102/104 revisions
  • HCV Admin Plan with HOTMA 102/104 revisions effective date to be determined
