Hifumi
En is Spokane Housing Authority's first owned project-based Section
8 community. There are 41 spacious one bedroom apartments, a
large community room with cable TV, on-site laundry, elevator, new
landscaping, new windows and new roof. Hifumi En is for
elderly, 62 and over, and disabled individuals that are very-low and
extremely low income. The Hifumi En has a touch of the orient
flare with its new landscaping and beautiful garden spaces for the
residents’ pleasure.
