Scott Kerwien is currently the Director of Technology and Information and the Director of College and Career Readiness for Spokane Public Schools. For nine years prior to his current role he was a high school counselor in the Central Valley School District and Medical Lake School District. He is a Spokane native who graduated from Mead High School and Whitworth University before venturing off for his Master’s in School Counseling from George Fox University outside of Portland, OR. Mr. Kerwein was appointed to the SHA Board of Commissioners in the Fall of 2018 and is passionate about serving the needs of his community.
