Request for Proposals – Salary Survey Consultant
Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals for qualified salary survey consultant to assist SHA in the review of existing compensation system, analyzing current job positions, determining the correct market pay for each position, establishing the market value of the employee benefits package, and providing a market analysis of the total compensation, including salary and benefits. The consultant is expected to make recommendations for improvements to the existing system or to propose a new job description and compensation system along with any adjustments to pay and benefits that may be needed. Proposals are due December 8, 2024.
