The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking architectural and engineering services for the rehabilitation of its Cornerstone Courtyard and Pearl on Adams Properties to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

The firm selected through this process must demonstrate the expertise, capacity, and track record to perform architectural and engineering services for affordable housing in the Spokane, WA market.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing and directed to the following e-mail address: rfq@spokanehousing.org .  SHA will disregard any communications sent in any other manner with respect to this RFQ.  All questions or requests for clarification concerning this RFQ must be received by SHA no later than 12:00 pm Pacific Time, on January 8, 2025.  Questions or requests for clarifications received after this time and date will not be considered.

Submittal Deadline:

Submittals must be received by SHA no later than 5:00 pm Pacific time on January 15, 2025.  SHA will only accept electronic bookmarked pdfs to SHA’s SharePoint Upload Folder.

SHA will not consider any submittals received after the deadline.  SHA will provide all responders with an acknowledgement of receipt.  All submittals will become property of SHA.
