NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID – Spokane Housing Authority Central Office-Tenant Improvements and HVAC Upgrade

Sealed bids will be received by the Spokane Housing Authority at the Authority Office, 25 W. Nora, Spokane, WA, for the tenant improvements on its Central Office located in Spokane, WA as follows: Contractors shall submit their Basic Bid proposals in a sealed envelope no later than 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 10^th, 2023. Proposals received after that time will not be considered. All proposals will be time stamped upon receipt. They will be opened and publicly read at 1:00 p.m. on the same date. The opening will be done in person at the Spokane Housing Authority Main Offices identified below.
