NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID – Agnes Kehoe, The Pearl, and Cornerstone Apartments Plumbing Repair and Replacement

Sealed bids will be received by the Spokane Housing Authority at the Authority Office, 25 W. Nora, Spokane, WA, for the repair and replacement of the plumbing systems at three apartment buildings located in Spokane, WA as follows: Contractors shall submit their Basic Bid proposals in a sealed envelope no later than 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 3^rd, 2023. Proposals received after that time will not be considered. All proposals will be time stamped upon reception. They will be opened and publicly read at 1:00 p.m. on the same date. The opening will be done in person at the Spokane Housing Authority Main Offices identified below.
