Please keep in mind that certain eligibility requirements apply. \nThe Clare View Seniors Apartments are located at 4827 S Palouse Hwy\, Spokane\, WA 99223. This apartment community was built in 2013 and has 3 stories with 184 units\, including 33 units of project based vouchered housing. The property contains both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom residences and includes a variety of features and amenities such as convenient on-site parking options\, smoke free options\, and high speed internet access. \nTo be considered for tenancy a household must consist of at least one member who is over the age of 55 or who has a verified disability. \nPlease visit the Clare View Seniors Apartments’ leasing office at the address above or contact the office at (509) 252-6500 for information on how to apply.
