DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nRevised Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan \nSpokane Housing Authority has completed draft revisions to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (Admin Plan). \nA copy of the plan is available starting on October 9\, 2026 at spokanehousing.org or during regular business hours at: 25 W. Nora Ave.\, Spokane. \nDOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW \n\nThere are two versions\, one of which we’re submitting for pre-approval to be effective with HUD’s adoption of HOTMA 102 and 104.\n\nHCV Admin Plan effective 12/1/2026 – no HOTMA 102/104 revisions\nHCV Admin Plan with HOTMA 102/104 revisions effective date to be determined\n\n\n\nSHARE YOUR FEEDBACK \nPublic Comments may be submitted by November 23\, 2026 at noon\, in writing to: “Admin Plan Comments – SHA”\, 25 W.
