DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nRevised Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan \nSpokane Housing Authority has completed draft revisions to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (Admin Plan). \nA copy of the plan is available starting on October 31\, 2024 at spokanehousing.org or during regular business hours at: 25 W. Nora Ave.\, Spokane. Please note\, most of the plan has been updated as HOTMA regulations being implemented by HUD required these updates. If you would like to see the current HCV Admin Plan you can download it  at https://www.spokanehousing.org/pubdoc/housing-choice-voucher-administrative-plan-2024/. \nPublic Comments may be submitted by December 16\, 2024 at noon\, in writing to: “Admin Plan Comments – SHA”\, 25 W. Nora Ave\, Spokane\, WA 99205; by FAX to (509) 323-2364; by email to: pparr@spokanehousing.org; or at the scheduled Public Hearing. \nThe Spokane Housing Authority invites SHA clients\, residents\, landlords\, and the general public to attend a PUBLIC HEARING ON the above noted item on December 16\, 2024 at 3:30 P.M. at 25 W.
