We are looking for an Executive Director with the vision, heart, and operational skills to lead one of the largest Housing Authorities in Washington State.
The ideal candidate brings not only strong professional credentials but a genuine heart for service.
A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance, organizational management or a related field is required; a master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not essential. More importantly, the successful candidate will have at least six years of progressively responsible leadership experience with a Housing Authority, public service agency or a nonprofit organization demonstrating commitment to improving lives, strengthening communities, and leading with empathy, integrity and purpose.
