How to Obtain a Bid/RFP Document

Our agency is now conducting our RFP's on an internet-based system (as our Authority is paying all costs for the use of this system, there will not be any additional charges to your firm to use this system to submit a response to our Authority).  There is a 1% transaction fee if your bid is accepted.  To take part in this process, please follow these instructions (if you have previously registered on this internet site, complete the following steps 1,2,7, and 8):

1.  You have already accessed http://spokanehousing.org and have clicked on the RFP icon on the bottom right side of front page.

2.  Click here to access eProcurement  system. https://nahro.economicengine.com/ee/pha.nsf/showMainPage?OpenForm&id=5553 

3.  Click where shown to register your company (at the conclusion you will be logged-off and will receive a password by e-mail).

4.  Repeat steps 1 and 2 to again access http://nahro.economicengine.com   eProcurement system using your new password.

5.  Click on "Click Here to Login".

6.  Complete "Company" and "User" profiles.

7.  Click on link for the RFP that you are interested in and following directions to download the documents and, eventually, submit your bid or proposal.
