1.  You have already accessed http://spokanehousing.org and have clicked on the RFP link on the right side of front page.

2.  Click here to access eProcurement  system. http://nahro.economicengine.com/

3.  Click where shown to register your company (at the conclusion you will be logged-off and will receive a password by e-mail).

4.  Repeat steps 1 and 2 to again access http://nahro.economicengine.com   eProcurement system using your new password.

5.  Click on "Click Here to Login".

6.  Complete "Company" and "User" profiles.

7.  Click on link for the RFP that you are interested in and following directions to download the documents and, eventually, submit your bid or proposal.

8.  If you have any problems in accessing or registering on the system,  please call customer support at 1/866/526-9266.
