There are nine
two-story Tudor buildings and a community office. Storage units
and laundry facilities are located in each building. The
apartments are light and airy and include 12 one bedroom, 24 two
bedroom/two bath, and 36 three bedroom/two bath units. Eighteen
of the three-bedroom units are townhouses and 18 of the three-bedroom
units are flats with fireplaces. All of the three bedroom units
have laundry hook-ups in each apartment.
The recreation building
has a large meeting room with a fireplace, full kitchen, restrooms,
sauna, big screen TV. with DVD, and a pool table. Off of the
recreation room is a large elevated deck with stairs leading down to a
large fenced swimming pool. A child’s playground is located
close to the recreation hall and a large outdoor community space for
barbecues and picnics is located close to the play area.
The grounds have
beautiful landscaping, the site boasts multiple mature pine trees and
there is ample open space. The park-like setting of Woodhaven is
enhanced through its quiet location and the community is located within
walking distance of the Spokane River. The surrounding
neighborhood is upscale single family housing.
