Part-Time Office
Assistant – 55 Mission Office Front Desk and Clerical
Duties.
Greet customers; answer and distribute telephone calls on 12 line
phone system; provide general program information; receive,
process and perform data entry for waiting list applications.
Requires excellent communication skills, computer literacy and
file management experience.
$11.28/hour,
20 hours per week (Monday thru Friday 11:30am-3:30pm).

Eligibility Specialist – Section 8 and Housing
Assistance processing.
Must be able to maintain accurate timely computerized tenant
records. Requires ability to effectively serve very low-income;
vulnerable citizens with special needs, persons with
disabilities, and persons with limited English proficiency.
Ability to negotiate and resolve customer issues in a
diplomatic, objective and professional fashion; and have the
ability to meet deadlines. Additional requirements include:
computer literacy; file mgmt experience; a minimum
typing/keyboard proficiency of 40 words per minute; basic
knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Act; and familiarity with local
social services.
Full time union position, $13.43/hour with medical benefits.

Assisted Housing Supervisor – Section 8, Housing
Assistance program and staff supervision.
Leads the
eligibility specialist team; performs supervisory/team leader
functions related to lease up activities, eligibility
determinations, correct subsidy calculations and serious program
violations; ensures good customer service; trains, monitors,
guides, evaluates, and audits staff; coaches, counsels and
initiates progressive disciplinary action as necessary to ensure
the efficient and effective operation of the Section 8 HCV
Program. $17.98/hour,
