Heights is a three story apartment community with an elevator,
consisting of 62 units (20 1-bdrm and 42 2-bdrm) for persons over 55
years old. The first floor features one large
community space, a computer room and two smaller wing gathering
areas. The second floor has two wing gathering areas.
Each floor has laundry facilities for residents.
Carport/garage available. Accessible apartments are available.
Building access is secure. The exterior of the community
features a large trellised rear patio area with "waist high" garden
planters. Each wing also has a trellised patio area with
"waist high" garden planters for smaller gatherings. Community
Center and library are located across Empire Street. There are
regular resident planned social
activities.
