Eligibility Specialist: Performs housing assistance eligibility tasks, working with walk-in clientele, file and case management, and recertification processes. Associates degree, 2 years housing assistance, or housing authority experience preferred. Full time, union represented position. $15.62 per hour with benefits.  

Maintenance Technician Performs preventative, routine and scheduled maintenance and repair. Needs varied skills including carpentry, plumbing, sheet rock, masonry, safety, basic electrical, painting, plumbing, and grounds. Three years’ experience in facility maintenance or equivalent required. This position may be  assigned to multiple properties and may be eligible for promotion to Maintenance Mechanic after 6 months successful employment. Valid driver's license, current insurance, and good driver history is required. These are usually full time position starting at $15.62 per hour and full benefits.

Property Supervisor Assistant. Greets visitors, performs clerical functions, show and lease apartments, answers phone, computer skills needed. Full time position starting at $14.73 per hour with benefits.
